Santa’s calendar fills up faster than his sleigh on Christmas Eve! Choose your preferred date and time to reserve your private experience.
Every family receives a full 15 minutes of personalized fun — games, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Step 3: Seal It with a Sprinkle of Magic

A 50% retainer holds your time slot with Santa. The rest is due one week before your visit.
You’ll then receive a personalized confirmation email from the Elf Office with everything you need — directions, parking, and what to bring!

Step 2: The Elf Office Needs Your Details

Once your spot is reserved, our elves will send you a short family form to complete.
Share names, wish lists, and even your Elf on the Shelf’s name — Santa loves surprises!
